Do You Know Soy?

Soy seems to the beloved of vegetarians, health nuts and people just wanting to eat better. Click on this article by the Guardian Weekly, which has been circulated in the blogosphere, but am reposting because more people should read it.

For those who assume soy is the healthy option (look at the use of soy in Asian cultures and the low cancer rates) may be in for a surprise.

Make your own judgment, but don’t assume that soy latte is necessarily better than the skim milk option.

    Wow thats a great info, I’m a veggie but I dont think I’d count Soy as a healthy product anymore!

  2. Very, very interesting article, I had heard about this before. I’ve never eaten soya products as such, but unfortunately it’s very difficult to eliminate it completely from any diet, because the lecithin is used everywhere…
