Until I started making my own with an Easiyo youghurt maker. It is soooooo simple and with a few little tweaks to the basic instructions, you can make your yoghurt just the way you like it. I love it so much I even dedicated a post to it on my blog http://eatblogsleep.com/?p=62 ... Don't worry, I'm not on the payroll at Easiyo, just a dedicated customer! :-) I was in the same position as you – just couldn’t find the right yoghurt for me. You're right on the sour organic yogurts. I wonder why nobody has perfected Yoplait strawberry yet? That's the most popular flavor in restaurant parfaits and you'd think it'd be the first copied but I haven't had anything close to it. Hmmm? I don't like beer either but I'm sorry you don't like wine! My dad forced me to like red wine at 14 since he was born in Italy, he said, "no kid of mine will not like red wine" but it worked, I love it!
