My son isn't the best variety eater either - it's tiring putting food on his plate that he either won't touch, goes to waste or I eat it all (I'm done growing though so would prefer not to grow sideways on this plan). It is so rewarding to see a new food added to the list though. I would also like to borrow Garbriella to show my little O nothing bad will happen to him by eating a bigger variety!!! That’s wonderful!!! Gabriella actually eats more than Joshua on a regular basis (she inherited her dad's eating style). But they are both healthy eaters. My advice is get them to try everything. Keep offering it to them and eventually, they will eat it! Both of the kids love Indian food and "bold" flavors.They come from a family of good eaters (on both sides) and not only do we enjoy food, we enjoy GOOD food. Gabriella has a penchant for fine cheeses and Joshua regularly asks for steak (medium-rare please). We are truely blessed with happy kids who know how to clean their plates.
