		<description>Thanks for shedding some very articulate light on the issue of availability and accessibility to fresh, nutritious food.   A lot of times, we forget that there are very real and tangible problems if one (and in this case, women/children) does not support herself nutritionally.  The consequences are devastating, not only to women/children, but to us as communities and economies.  This topic is heart wrenching, particularly when you realize that many of these birth defects are preventable (not genetic).</description>
