		<description>Kat!  You&#039;ve got me craving some Steel Cut Oats!  I don&#039;t use them because I don&#039;t have a pressure cooker nor the patience to wait for that delicious yummy goodness.  But boy, your description sounds so dang good.  May start making the oats on the weekend by soaking them the night before!  And thank you for sharing the importance of the Baha&#039;i fast.</description>
