I love this post. Corn is the top food on my oldest child's favorite foods list. It was one of the first foods he actually enjoyed eating! So I too am grateful and thankful to Mother Corn for giving my son the gift of enjoyment and blessing us with a glimpse of hope - hope that he would enjoy food regardless of his allergies!
