Hey Belinda, very nice blog! I need to finish editing my photo/audio of the craw-daddy party... I thought I remembered seein you there! That corn was A-mazing, and I even got a little overzealous at the end and drank some of the leftover "crawdad tea", which was actually quite good (and no doubt nutritious!?) We should talk, I have some foodie ideas for you. AND before I forget I randomly heard someone bumpin the True Blood snoop-dog song the other day, lol.

Ooo... yummmy looking craws! This is one famous cuisine over in US. Happy Daddy's day to all and also Happy Birthday to my daughter too! Yes, we're celebrating both in the same day. My daughter & my birthday just 6 days apart. Normally, we celebrate it together but this year I only celebrated hers, since it was Sunday! Hope you're having a great day!
Cheers, Kristy

Similar build, only they are teeny teeny tiny and there's this art form to sucking out the meat - I kept trying to crack mine like a mini-lobster. Of course, this being a Louisiana-style, they were SPICY, whereas me New Englander used to steamed lobster....

I have yet to try a crawfish, much to my dismay. It must have been so much fun to go through that pile.
