yum… I think I see those labelled as champagne mangos around here? they looks so nice and fresh….perfect for a mango sorbet!
These ones are perfect for rasa – puree…the champagne mangoes are the ones that come closest to Alfonso…but I haven’t found any yet that compares! They are harder to find outside South and Southeast Asia…though sometimes you can find them in Asian or Indian supermarkets. Regardless, mangoes are perfect!!
The best mangoes are from India. Never seen them here.
I love mango! There are a lot of tasty mangoes in Thailand. I have never tried this Alfonso Mango though. But they sure look delicious!
