Marymoh and Denise...the fettucine was bought fresh from the market... I used to make fresh pasta/noodles long time but have not done in years... got to take the old faithful pasta maker out! I love all the fresh food. Lovely to know you make your own pasta. Nothing beats homemade ones. I used to make noodles but it's a long time I have not made. I better start again.
