There are many ramen restaurants everywhere, but be sure to judge whether or not you’ll return on a) the quality of the handmade noodles, b) the quality of the soup broth (not too salty, not too bland, and spice level based on your preference), c) the service (friendly, courteous and prompt).

Ramen looks cool! Do you make sound when you eat noodles? LOL…my husband hated that when I was doing that and I did that on purpose…you know, just to annoy him for fun…LOL
@Angie: Thank you for reminding us of the proper way to eat! Yes! In a Japanese noodle house, to slurp is divine! In fact, to not slurp is considered rude! Lol! Happy noodle eating to all!
That looks like a killer noodle the way you pick it up…haha. I have a friend who is the nosiest eater that I have ever met. If he eats in the sitting room, I can hear from my kitchen!!! The Japanese would really love him…haha
