Cake from Tante Helga’s coffeeklutch, or Kaffeekatsch, a time of the day when friends gather for a chat, coffee, and cake. Tante Helga hosts one every day at 3 or 4 PM…with at least three different kinds of cakes, chocolate pound ones, cheesecakes…. A German tradition that should be replicated everywhere!
