    Belinda, the picture is really pretty. I have yet tried having articcoke before but I saw those people having it by sucking the end of each leaves. While most blogger eaten the whole cooked articcoke. Make me scratch my head! ha… Hope you’re having a lovely day dear.

    Aside from good ole steaming, try artichoke spread or dip – some cream cheese, mayo, bit o garlic on some crackers or crusty bread…. =)
