Day 13, El Camino. For up-to-date news and photos of the journey, please go to: www.elcaminoylacomida.com.  There’s plenty of cheese here in Spain…and we must not forget that cheese comes from multiple sources.

Goats are versatile animals and are at home in a number of environments. Heifer uses goats in projects from Albania to India to Uganda. In addition to being one of Heifer International’s mostpopulargiftanimals, goats are an amazing resource to families. more  people worldwide drink goat’s milk than cow’s milk. Goat’s milk is also easily digestible because the milk fats are smaller than those in cow’s milk. Goat’s milk can also be turned into cheese and yogurt.
