Loaf: TidBit of the Day

| June 21, 2012 | 1 Comment

A lovely bakery, Loaf, had started off with a stand at the Durham Farmer’s Market, and now…

Durham has one new serious bakery. With its oven fires burning for hours, beautiful loaves and pastries emerge, including this perfect gougere. So happy to know where to get perfect artisan loaves, including their amazing Rosemary Seeded and Garlic Cheese.

But really, really, you cannot walk in here without one of their croissants. Evil. Evil things. Light, fluffy, buttery, this is no ordinary croissant. It is an experience.
