    As bad as ketchup may or may not be for us, it’s a staple in my house. I have tried homemade and it’s just not the same. Considering we go through gallons of the stuff each year, I guess we will have to hope the lycopene in it out ways the hfcs.

    I love ketchup! We used to buy Heinz, but lately we are buying organic ketchup it is expensive ,but we really like it!
