Mission Chinese Food: TidBit of the Day

Mission Chinese, with two locations (one in New York City and one in San Fransisco) is known for its inventive and daring take on Chinese food.

The food is fresh, flavorful, and clearly just made with care and love from the kitchen’s wok.

Sizzling Cumin Lamb

Folks who only know “Chinese” food to be greasy General Tsos and chop suey will be in for a surprise to as to what creative twists on authentic flavors can taste like.

Mongolian Long Beans

Even the New York Times did a feature about this gem in July. If you can make it, we recommend it!
